We would like to inform you that due to the high costs incurred by Redline to provide technical support, we will be introducing a new policy starting April 1, 2024. From this date, customers who have purchased a second-hand Redline machine and other embroidery machine brands will be charged $45 per consultation for up to 30 minutes of technical support. We have recently experienced an increased volume of calls from second-hand Redline and other embroidery machine brand owners asking for tech support, and we regret to inform you that we can no longer provide this service for free.
