All technical support is initially provided via email. This approach enables us to quickly assist you, as 95% of cases can be resolved through instructional videos that address common issues. We have over 200 videos available, covering a wide range of topics.
To ensure the fastest resolution, please complete the support form, include the serial number, and describe the issue in as much detail as possible. A technician will then provide instructions on how to proceed. Pictures and Videos can help diagnose the problem faster.
We are happy to assist all Redline users! Please note that if your machine is out of warranty or was purchased used, a $50 consultation fee (for up to 30 minutes) is required to access our technical support services.. For payment, please click here.
