All technical support is initially provided via email. This approach lets us quickly assist you, as 95% of cases can be resolved through instructional videos addressing common issues. We have over 200 videos available, covering a wide range of topics.
To ensure the fastest resolution, please complete the support form, include the serial number, and describe the issue in as much detail as possible. A technician will then respond with instructions on how to proceed.
If you are not the original owner of your Redline Embroidery Machine, the machine is no longer eligible for free support. If you require assistance with your machine, a consultation fee of $45 will apply for up to 30 minutes of support.. For payment, Please click here.
