1- I turned ON my machine, and everything is in Chinese; it reads 12 needles when my machine is 15. What can I do?

4- My machine is giving and Error code number 12 Main Shaft not in Position. What Can I do?
Response: This error is because the main shaft is not at 100 degrees, this machine must stop at 100 degrees in order to work properly. Click Here for Video.
5- My machine is giving an error code number 8 Pull Bar Error. What can I do?

6- Certain designs with big satin stitches go out of registration what can I do to prevent it?
Response: It is very important to hoop properly with the stabilizer grabbed together with the hoop. However, there are other things that you can check on your machine to prevent designs from going out of registration, especially when the pantograph moves a little aggressively Please Check this Video.
7- My machine is not reading any needle when I manually move the sewing head and it is giving Error 19, What can I do?
Response: The potentiometer may be failing to tell the machine in what needle the sewing head is, we will recommend replacing it. Please watch this video.
8-Why do I see bobbin thread on top of my design?
Response: The bobbin may have low or no tension, please apply more tension to the bobbin thread, if continue showing white bobbin thread on top, loosen the tension on the upper thread. Please see this video. Tension video
